Listing Price

Unlike other agents, I will tell you this during your home value consultation: “You want to sell your house for the most money, and trust me, so do I”. 

Here are a few considerations on my list (in no particular order) to make that happen:

  1. Are your neighbors going to price against you?

  2. How many people are looking to buy a house comparable to yours in the area?

  3. What drew you to buy this house originally?

  4. What are the exclusive factors?

  5. Do you trust me?

That is just the tip of what I take into consideration when planning a pricing strategy to sell your home.
